Having Trouble Uploading Content?

  • Ensure your smartphone or device has a stable internet connection.

  • Be patient with the upload! It can take a while if internet connection is poor or the file is large

Issues Scanning the QR Code?

  • Make sure your camera lens is clean and unobstructed.
  • Position your smartphone’s camera directly over the QR code.
  • Ensure there is adequate lighting to read the QR code.
    If in doubt close your camera app and reopen
