Is password protection mandatory for all addSQUIRREL stickers?
No, password protection is optional. You can choose to add a password if you want an extra layer of security for your personal message.
Can I change the password after setting it?

No, for privacy and security reasons, addSQUIRREL support cannot access or retrieve the password. It is essential to keep the password safe and share it securely with your recipient.
If you forget both the password and the hint, we recommend sending a new addSQUIRREL sticker with new content and a new password. The previous message will remain secure and inaccessible without the original password.
What should the recipient do if they don't know the password?
If the recipient can’t remember the password, we recommend they contact the sender directly. Due to privacy reasons, we cannot access or retrieve the password.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
